Description
Parts of the warning area has been upgraded to orange warning. The water discharge is expected to increase rapidly in small and medium sized rivers, from Monday morning primariliy west of Oslo. Later also in major rivers, Glomma and Gudbrandsdalslågen in particular. The forecasts are uncertain for both amounts and placement.

- Municipalities, Counties and other emergency operators should continuously evaluate the need for preparedness and prevention measures
- River erosion may trigger minor soil slips, which again may reduce the soil stability along the river
- Be aware of such soil slips in areas mapped with quick clay, and areas with marine deposits
- If such observations are made, do not hesitate to alert responsible municipal emergency staff at the local kommune
